Understanding storage and traffic
Store a video once.
Let your audience watch it again and again.
Storage is the space for your content. Traffic is used when video data is delivered to viewers. That is why plans have two separate allowances.
Storage: your video library
Your videos need storage space. File size depends on duration, quality and the versions stored. More viewers do not automatically require more storage.
Traffic: your video plays
Each delivery uses data. A 300 MB video played in full 100 times uses roughly 30 GB of traffic. Repeat plays count again.
What does this mean for your videos?

Clear before you commit.
How do payment and renewal work?
You will be able to choose: pay for each new period yourself or enable automatic renewal. For manual renewal, we remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry. The free trial never automatically becomes paid.
What happens when my traffic runs out?
We warn you at 80 and 95 percent and notify you again when all available traffic is used. Existing extra credit is taken into account. When that is exhausted too, new plays pause. You can buy more traffic or upgrade your plan. There are no automatic paid top-ups.
Will my videos be deleted if I reach a limit?
Running out of traffic does not delete videos. When your paid hosting period ends, playback is blocked. Your media is then kept for 60 days so you can renew or export it. We also remind you 14, 7 and 1 day before the scheduled deletion date. Separate retention terms for the free trial will be provided before registration opens.
Can I switch plans later?
Plan changes are planned. Before a paid change, we show you the amount and effective date. Detailed proration rules will be published before purchases open. Existing content is not simply deleted because you choose a smaller plan.
Where can I find my invoices?
Your account will include an invoice overview with PDF downloads for plans and extras, including related correction documents. Access remains available after your paid hosting period ends.
